I've had a mastectomy. Can I wear your bras?

Absolutely! This is the reason we exist - to create beautiful, comfortable lingerie for women who have had mastectomies. 

I wear a breast form - are any of your bras pocketed?

Yes! All our bras are pocketed and can be worn with and without breast forms.

I think my bra size has changed since surgery and I'm not sure how to measure myself. Help!

I don't know what I should be looking for in a post-surgery bra. Can you point me in the right direction?

I've had a single mastectomy with reconstruction and I find that normal bralettes don't offer enough support. How are your bralettes different?

Great question! Over 80% of the support in any bra is provided by the underband (the band that goes under the cups and around your ribcage). Often bralettes don't have a supportive underband. We've worked hard to make our bralettes as comfortable and practical as possible and we have chosen to use a very supportive underband in both our bralettes for just this reason! 

I've had aesthetic flat closure. Will you be launching any bras for me?

Yes! This is something very close to our hearts and we're working on some designs specifically for women who have had aesthetic flat closure. We hope to launch them in 2021.

What size should I buy?

Our sizing is based on body measurements. The easiest way to determine your size is to use a tape measure and compare the numbers to our size chart. 

Are you planning to extend Valiant Lingerie’s size range?

Yes! We are always looking to expand our size range – we want Valiant Lingerie to be accessible to as many people as possible. We’re a small, independent brand and it’s a gradual journey for us. We really hope you stay with us as we grow!

I've noticed you're taking pre-orders. Why is that and what does it mean for me?

Where are Valiant Lingerie’s designs made?

All our lingerie is designed and made in England. When you shop with Valiant, you can feel good about supporting small UK businesses.

How should I wash my lingerie?

To prolong the life of your lingerie (and avoid any unfortunate snags or tears in the washing machine) we recommend hand-washing. Simply soak in cool soapy water for a few minutes and gently rinse. Press out the excess moisture with a clean, dry towel and dry flat.

Do you accept returns?

We do our best to ensure that our customers love our products, but if you do need to make a return, we’re happy to help. Just email us directly and we’ll take you through the process. 

Please do not return your items without emailing us first - and some items, like thongs / knickers / briefs, are not returnable for hygiene reasons.

How long is the return period?

Please send your return item(s) back to us within 30 days from the day it arrived with you in clean and unworn condition.

Why is my item non-returnable?

Some items (such as briefs and thongs) are non-returnable for hygiene reasons. Your item will be non-returnable if it is sent back to us and we reasonably believe it has been worn, or if the item has become damaged. This does not affect your statutory rights.

I’m buying a gift – can you make any recommendations?

Yes, we're here to help! If you aren't sure what size to buy, you can always contact us for specific advice, and we'll be sure to respond within 24 hours.

Where is valiant Lingerie located? Do you ship overseas?

Our offices are located in Norfolk and we manufacture in London, England. But we will happily ship all over the world! If you have any concerns about your international delivery, please send us an e-mail at info@valiantlingerie.com

Shipping costs will vary based upon your location and will be calculated at checkout.

I’m not based in the UK, will I be charged any taxes or fees?

For those outside the EU, we do not charge you any taxes, although your local government may charge customs fees. We are not responsible for any import duty or fees.

Is Valiant Lingerie’s packaging discrete?

Our items are shipped in plain, unbranded packaging for your discretion. We use recyclable cardboard boxes.

For international packets, we're required by law to accurately inventory all items inside. The customs form will list "clothing: silk robe" or "bra and briefs set" and include actual purchase value of the items. We are not responsible for any customs fees or duties incurred by import.

Will my order fit through the letter box?

Our orders are sent in a large letter sized boxes and they should fit through most letter boxes. There are exceptions, for example, if the volume of your order requires a larger parcel or if your order requires a signature.

Do you offer next day delivery?

If you need an item delivered for the next day, please send an e-mail to info@valiantlingerie.com – we may be able to arrange this for an additional cost.

How do I pay for my order? Is it secure?

Our shopping cart system is integrated with Shopify's award-winning credit card processing system. It is 100% secure, so you don't need to worry over inputting your information.
